myendow.co is operated by XJ Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
We collect your email address (when you request access to your report), and financial inputs you provide through the wizard (age, income, savings, retirement goals). We do not collect your name, MyKad number, bank account details, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is needed to generate your report.
Your data is used solely to generate your personalised financial independence report and to send you a secure access link via email. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you paid for.
We use the following third-party services to deliver myendow: Resend (email delivery), Upstash Redis (secure session and data storage), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these services has their own privacy policies and data protection practices. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your email and session data are retained for as long as your account is active. Your financial inputs are stored only for the duration of your session and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is needed to retrieve your report.
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at myendow.co@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 working days.
myendow uses minimal cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token-based authentication, and access-controlled data storage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email where possible. Continued use of myendow after changes constitutes acceptance.
