myendow delivers a personalised digital report based on the financial information you provide. As this is a digital product that is generated and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once your report has been generated.
Once you have completed the personalisation form and your report has been generated, we are unable to offer a refund. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under Malaysian consumer protection guidelines.
If you were charged but did not receive access to your report due to a verified technical failure on our end, you are entitled to either a full refund or a re-generation of your report at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us immediately at myendow.co@gmail.com and we will arrange a full refund of the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
To request a refund under the exceptions above, email myendow.co@gmail.com with your purchase email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
